NINEBARROW are a multi-award-winning folk duo, who are impressing audiences across the country with their innovative and captivating take on the folk tradition.
Most recently, the duo were nominated in the 2017 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in the ‘Horizon’ category for Best Emerging Artist; their latest album ‘Releasing the Leaves’ was awarded five stars in both Maverick Magazine and the English Folk Dance and Song Society Magazine, who described it as ‘Immaculate’. 19:00Cobham Church concert with Hazel O'Connor
Two Women events have got a second concert this month in Cobham Church on Thursday 15th March 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. It is Hazel O’ Connor whose singles of ‘Eight Day’ and ‘D -Days’ in the eighties were hits.

A very special evening with award-winning singer songwriter Hazel O’Connor, joined here by Clare Hirst (Bellestars, Communards, David Bowie) on sax and Sarah Fisher (Eurythmics) on keyboards. The superb blend of the three voices and stunning musicianship adds a sweet touch of class to their vibrant performance. Live onstage, her unforgettable songs from the iconic film Breaking Glass, which recently celebrated its 35th anniversary, including Eighth Day, Will You, Big Brother, If Only and more seem even more relevant in our present times.

18:30'Instant Concert' - St John's Passion
On Good Friday, Friends of Cobham Church are presenting another one of their popular ‘instant’ Good Friday concerts. This year we will be performing Bob Chilcott's St John Passion. The Choir will be conducted by Alan Vincent. Rehearsal times for the choir are 2.30 - 5.30pm, the concert starts at 6.30pm.
